ORDERING DETAILS

1) All items are based on 'first come first serve basis'. 
Orders via our Order Form will be entertained first.

Enquiries will not be deemed as an order.

3) Once we’ve received your order, we will send you a confirmation invoice 
with our account number within 2 working days.

4) Once confirmation invoice is sent please make payment within 24 hours and 
email us the payment details in the given format stated in the invoice sent.
5) Once ORDER is sent, there is no backing out. Please inform us ASAP should you wish to extend the payment deadline for any reasons. Do not disappear irresponsibly. Deadbuyers would be blacklisted and banned from future purchases at THEFASHIONGANZA.
6)In order to maintain smoother transactions, DO NOT proceed with transfer before receiving our invoices. Payment only to be made within 24 hours after receiving our invoices.Please clarify all the doubts before confirming your purchase order, by leaving a comment.
7) Pending status means items have been commented and confirmed by potential buyers & we are awaiting payment from them. If buyer backs out or goes missing in action after the 24 hours time frame, we will give the item to the next interested buyer in the waiting list. So do check your email regularly to see if you have received our payment invoice if you are in the waiting list.
8) Else, if the item is “Sold”, you may leave down your email details behind as we might be able to arrange back orders for you.
9) We do not entertain negotiations nor trades/swaps unless stated so.
10) THEFASHIONGANZA only take local orders.

PAYMENT DETAILS
1)Please do not proceed to making payments without receiving any confirmation invoice from us. We are not responsible for any lost cash.

We accept : 
-  POSB ATM FUND TRANSFERS
- POSB ibanking transfers.

-We do not conduct meetups anymore. Only by postage.
2) It is compulsory to provide a clear snap shot of your atm receipt if you are making payments via ATM transfer.
Please retain your receipt till you have received your item.
3) We will not hesitate to take legal actions against fraud cases

4) Please unsure that all you have keyed in the right amount before transferring.

DELIVERY DETAILS

1) Normal Mail : $1.50 ; Registered Mail: Additional $2.50.
For bags and shoes, a flat rate of $2.50 will be charged.(Additional $2.50 for registered)
For every additional items, top up with $0.50.

2) Please not that Singpost is unable to track normal postage thus registered postage is highly recommended.
TheFashionGanza shall not be liable for any lost/damaged goods during the process of shipping. We will try our best to ensure that all items are packed and sealed neatly before shipment.

3) Parcels will be posted out withing the next 2 days upon payment received. (Excluding weekends)
We will duly notify you through email once it is posted out.

4) For registered postage, we will email you your tracking number.

5) In the event that one of the items you have ordered is OSS, your other items will still be valid.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Every item is checked carefully before mailing. In the event that you receive a defective product,
please immediately contact us at thefashionganza@gmail.com via the invoice we sent you and photos of the defective area.

1) All goods sold are non refundable and non exchangeable. 
2) Exchanges would only be done for the similar piece on a case per case basis if the item is found to be defective.
3) Refunds will not be possible in an event when we do not have excess stocks for the faulty item,
instead store credits will be provided.
4) Returns and refunds will only be entertained within the first week from date of purchase.
